Installing Strain Gauges to collect data!

Transition fairings arrive

While there have been some delays in getting equipment to the site, the Model 3.1 Turbine is expected to be installed at the end of June. In the meantime, Antonio Ojeda’s lightweight transition fairings have arrived from Madrid in plenty of time.

Model 3.1 Blade Arm Fairings

Antonio Ojeda, who spent many hours working with  Model 3.0 in Denmark will help on all aspects of  Model 3.1 in Texas this summer. He is bringing with him the blade arm fairings he made from the mold he created in his shop in Spain.
